Hathaway Power was founded by Stephen Hathaway in 1987. Mr. Hathaway, an Ohio Native, started Hathaway Power after receiving an honorable discharge as Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, and completing his Master Electrician’s certification.
Hathaway strives to maintain the values he acquired in the Marines: honesty, integrity, diligence, and quality workmanship. He built Hathaway Power on these high standards. He was proud to have the opportunity to provide these trusted service to his customers. Mr. Hathaway now serves on the Board of Directors for his wife’s non-profit organization Heart for Orphans.
Before he retired, Mr. Hathaway sold his business to Amy Grover. Amy is an innovative, forward thinking businesswoman with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry as CFO and COO. She will continue to maintain the same values that Mr. Hathaway company was founded on and provide the same trusted service to our customers.
Amy is the proud mother of a Marine, a Lance Corporal stationed at Camp Lejeune working as a generator technician. She also has a daughter studying to be a physical therapist. Amy is married to Bill Grover (a Frito-Lay employee) and has two granddaughters.
